This multidisciplinary event has been organized to help fill a void for pest control operators, parks and recreation employees, nursery and garden center personnel, arborists, and landscape architects for training on integrated pest management (IPM) related issues. Workshop speakers will cover new topics and update previous
topics.

 

Participants should come prepared for walking the majority of the day. The conference will continue in the event of inclement weather. This class will be offered to only the first 80 pre-registrants. Attendees will be divided into two groups in order to provide quality outdoor learning.

 

Continuing Education Units (CEUs):
The speakers have requested the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food and Forestry to grant CEUs for the conference for categories 3a, 3c and 10. The program is currently in review. CEUs for the ISA are expected to be granted as well. Participants must remain for the entire day to receive CEU credits.
